Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:

Direct Deposit into our Bank Account
Australia Post Money Orders
Personal or Business Cheques (allow 5 days to clear)

Shipping and Handling
Purchases are sent by either Courier or Australia Post, depending on customers purchase & location.

All goods sent are guaranteed against loss or breakage. Any goods that arrive DOA or broken will be replaced ASAP.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight as follows;

Up to 500gms - $6.50 (Satchel)
500gms to 5kgs - $11.00 (Satchel)
Over 5kgs - $15.00 + $1.00 per kg (Boxed)

Goods sent by Courier will require a signature on delivery, the Courier will leave a card if no one is available to accept shipment on the first delivery attempt, if no one is available on the second delivery attempt the Courier will “return to sender”, if goods are returned to us a further delivery fee will be payable. If you would like goods to be left if no one is available to accept delivery, please let us know BEFORE goods are shipped, specifying a location (outside front door, etc), no responsibility will be taken for losses occurring after the goods have been left.

Delivery time to most capital cities is usually 1 - 3 business days, country areas can take 5 – 7 days

Insurance
All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance.

Warranty
All products have a 12 month replacement warranty, unless otherwise stated. Compact Fluorescent & Halogen Lamps have a 3 month replacement warranty. Any item that arrives faulty will be immediately replaced.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the product in its original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund (shipping charge is not refundable). Once we receive the returned products we will issue your refund within 48 hours.
